Now as a dairy cattle veterinarian, I have a strong appreciation for modern agriculture. Three out of five farmers and ranchers believe consumers don’t understand modern agriculture. Are you one of those three? What are you doing about it?

About Michelle
Dr. Michelle Schack, the DairyDoc, is a dairy veterinarian, and social media content creator, and a highly sought after speaker.
She has helped dairy professionals and emerging agricultural leaders gain confidence in themselves and leverage their connections to create a positive and sustainable future. She grew up in Silicon Valley in California and fell in love with dairy cows during her schooling at University of California, Davis, where she received her undergraduate and her veterinary degree. As a result of years as a suburban kid, followed by years as a dairy veterinarian, she discovered that people in agriculture are isolated: from each other, and from consumers.
Dr. Michelle Schack rose as a social media content creator educating people about dairy farming and this ignited a passion in her. Combined with her experience and desire to help connect agriculture and consumers, she took to the stage with the goal of reaching as many people as possible with her message: it is time to connect the disconnect.
